Rise strong, live well. Practical, evidence-led, UK-first. For men getting better at real things

Complaints

How to complain, what we do about it, and how to report a suspected reaction to a supplement, including Yellow Card. Draft, pending legal review.

If we have got something wrong, this page explains how to tell us, what we do about it, and where to go if we cannot put it right between us.

How to complain

An order that went wrong, a refund that has not arrived, a delivery that never turned up, something we published, or the way we handled you. Tell us plainly what happened and what you want done about it.

  • Email: risewell.men@gmail.com
  • Post: address available on request by email

Include your order number, the dates, and what has already been said. If it is about an article rather than an order, the editorial and medical policy explains how corrections are handled.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge within two working days and tell you who is dealing with it.
  2. We aim to give you a full answer within ten working days. If we need longer, we say so and give you a date.
  3. If you are not satisfied, reply and ask for it to be looked at again. It goes to someone who was not involved the first time.

We keep a record of every complaint and read them in the round. A pattern in complaints is usually telling us something about the product or the process, not about the customer.

If we cannot resolve it between us

  • Citizens Advice consumer helpline, 0808 223 1133, or citizensadvice.org.uk/consumer. Free, independent advice on your rights, and the route by which matters reach Trading Standards.
  • Your card provider. If you paid by credit card, section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act may make the provider jointly liable for orders over £100. Debit card payments may be recoverable through chargeback.
  • Alternative dispute resolution. We are not currently a member of an ADR scheme.
  • The courts. Nothing here stops you taking a claim to court. The small claims track exists for exactly this.

Complaints about advertising or a claim we made

If you think something we have published about a product is misleading, tell us, and you can also complain to the Advertising Standards Authority at asa.org.uk. We would rather fix it ourselves, but we are not going to pretend that route does not exist.
