Rise strong, live well. Practical, evidence-led, UK-first. For men getting better at real things

Delivery

UK delivery costs and times, and our commitment that the delivery charge is shown before you are asked to pay. Draft, pending legal review.

What delivery costs, how long it takes, and what happens when it goes wrong.

You see the delivery cost before you pay

This is the part we will not compromise on. The delivery charge and the total you will pay are shown to you before you are asked for payment details: not revealed at the last step of checkout, and never a surprise after your card is out.

  • Delivery rates are published on this page before the shop opens, so you can check them before you add anything to a basket.
  • The basket shows the delivery charge for your address before you reach the payment step.
  • There are no compulsory extras: no handling fee, no packaging fee, no card surcharge.
  • RiseWell is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to any order.

Drip pricing, showing a low headline price and adding unavoidable charges later, is unfair and, since April 2025, enforceable against by the Competition and Markets Authority. We are not going to do it.

Where we deliver

United Kingdom addresses.

We do not currently deliver outside the UK. Sending goods abroad brings customs, VAT and import rules that differ by country, and we would rather not deliver at all than deliver something that gets seized.

We deliver to home and work addresses. We do not deliver to PO boxes or to parcel lockers.

Delivery options and cost

The shop is not open for orders yet. Delivery services, prices and the free delivery threshold are published here before the first order can be placed, and the charge for your address is always shown in the basket before you are asked to pay.

The charge you pay is the charge shown in your basket for your address, and it is what appears on your confirmation email.

Dispatch times

  • Orders placed before on a working day are dispatched the same day. Otherwise the next working day.
  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding English bank holidays.
  • We email you when your order is dispatched. That email is also the point at which the contract is formed. See the terms of sale.
  • Delivery estimates run from dispatch, not from when you ordered.

Estimates are estimates. Carriers slow down before Christmas and during bad weather, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.

The legal backstop

Unless we have agreed otherwise with you, we deliver within 30 days of the contract being formed. If we miss that, you can set a new reasonable deadline; if we miss that too, you can cancel and get a full refund. If you told us a delivery date was essential and we miss it, you can cancel straight away.

If your order is late, lost or damaged

  • Late: check the tracking first, then tell us. We will chase the carrier.
  • Lost: most carriers will not treat a parcel as lost until a set number of working days have passed. We will tell you where that stands and then send a replacement or refund you.
  • Damaged: tell us and, if you can, send a photograph. Keep the packaging until it is resolved. The carrier sometimes asks for it. We cover the cost either way.
  • Marked delivered but not there: check with neighbours and around the property, then tell us and we will open a claim with the carrier.

None of this is at your cost. Getting the parcel to you is our job, not yours. Your rights when things go wrong are set out on the returns page.

Addresses, and things worth knowing

  • Check the delivery address before you pay. Once an order is dispatched we cannot redirect it, and a parcel sent to a wrong address you gave us is not something we can refund.
  • If you give safe-place or neighbour instructions to the carrier, the parcel becomes your responsibility once it is left there.
  • Orders are sent in ordinary packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us before you use anything in it.
